Job Specifics

Duties Description Responsibilities include communicating with constituents by phone call, email, and in person. Will advocate on behalf of constituents by providing information on available resources and/or contacting state and local government agencies to help resolve issues.
Responsibilities
• Constituent services by telephone, email and in person.
• Correspond with state and local intergovernmental offices
• Assist with the management of incoming emails
• Assist with the management of constituent tracker
• Work on projects related to Member town halls and sponsored events
• Attend and represent the Assembly member at public meetings

Minimum Qualifications Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Some knowledge of state and local government intergovernmental affairs offices
• Computer literacy, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ties to the Bronx preferred
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
